Crash 'n' Burn is an Xbox Live Aware title. This means that the game automatically signs you in to Xbox Live when the game starts.

Host a game

  1. On the Main screen, press the directional pad (D-pad) up or down to select Race Events, and then press the A button.
  2. On the Race Events screen, press the D-pad up or down to select Xbox Live, and then press the A button to view the Online screen.
  3. On the Online screen, press the D-pad up or down to select Create A Match, and then press the A button.

Create a match

When you create a match, you become the host player, and you configure the properties for the match. To create a match, follow these steps:
  1. On the Create A Match screen, press the D-pad up or down to select from the following options:
    • Event Type: Any Event, Circuit Events, Arena Events, Race, Team Race, Kamikaze, Team Kamikaze, Running Man, Last Man Standing, Team Last Man Standing, Bomb Tag, Assassination
    • Vehicles: Compact, Pickup, Muscle, Sports
    • Track: All Tracks, Select from one of the fifteen available tracks
    • Experience Limits: No Limits, 1 - 20
    • Laps: 5 - 50 by 5's
    • AI Difficulty: 75 - 100 by 5's
    • Friends Slots: 0 - 15
    For each option that you select, press the D-pad left or right to select the setting that you want.
  2. After you configure the options, press the D-pad up or down to select Start Event, press the A button to view the Lobby screen, and then wait for the players to join your game.

Invite a Friend

  1. On the Lobby screen, press the D-pad up or down to select Friends List, and then press the A button.
  2. On the Friends List screen, press the D-pad up or down to select a Friend, and then press the A button.
  3. On the Individual Friend Option screen, press the D-pad up or down to select Send Game Invite, and then press the A button to send a game invitation to your Friend.
