SYMPTOMSWhen you try to download and then import an Open Financial Connectivity (OFC) statement from your financial institution, into Money 2005 or later versions, the import of the .ofc file fails.CAUSEThis behavior occurs because Microsoft Money 2005 and later versions do not support importing files that use the OFC file format. Only Quicken Interchange Format (QIF) and Open Financial Exchange (OFX) file formats are supported.WORKAROUNDTo work around this behavior, when you download your statement from the Web site for your financial institution, select the option to download the statement in QIF or OFX file format if the option is available.
