FIX: Clicking a SELECT HTML element that is in a drop-down list may cause Internet Explorer 6 to crash (890208)

SYMPTOMS

You may make multiple changes to a SELECT HTML element that is in a drop-down list on a Web page. When you do this on a computer that is running Microsoft Internet Explorer 6, you may experience a crash in Internet Explorer.

CAUSE

This problem occurs if the SELECT HTML element in the drop-down list does not have the correct focus.
