FIX: Replication of a site that is secured with a Certificate Trust List may fail in Application Center 2000 (890190)

SYMPTOMS

When a cluster of computers run Microsoft Application Center 2000, and a site on the controller computer is secured by using a Certificate Trust List (CTL), replication of that computer across the cluster may fail and event details that are similar to the following are added to the event log:
