This problem occurs every year in the second week of October.CAUSEThis problem occurs because the Santiago (Chile) time zone changes for daylight-saving time in the second week of October. This problem also occurs because the Eastern European Time zone changes for daylight-saving time in March. RESOLUTIONMicrosoft CRM has a fix for this problem that is part of a cumulative update.
