Sound System Err Msg: Specified File Is Unable to Run (89958)

SUMMARY

The Help files for the programs included in Windows Sound System contain an icon that is supposed to run the Guided Tour. However, if you double-click the icon to run the Guided Tour, the following error is displayed instead:
The Specified File Is Unable to Run.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Help files for Windows Sound System Help versions 1.0 and 1.0a. The Guided Tour has been removed from Windows Sound System version 2.0.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, run the Guided Tour during Setup, or run it from the icon in the Windows Sound System group under Program Manager.
