This article was previously published under Q89087 SUMMARY
The Canon Bubble-Jet BJ-10e printer (or a BJ-20 printer emulating a
BJ-10e printer) cannot print on legal-size paper using Microsoft Works
for Windows. If you set up Works for Windows to print on legal-size
paper with the Bubble-Jet printer, you may receive the following error
message:
The page size and orientation settings for your printer do not match
the page size settings in your document.
This does not occur in Works for Windows 3.00.
MORE INFORMATION
Switching the Printer Setup orientation setting so that it is the
opposite of the Page Setup orientation setting cancels the error
message, but the document still prints incorrectly. The document
appears correctly in print preview and displays a full legal-size
page. However, if you print the document, the printer stops printing
after the first 11 inches.
