SYMPTOMS

On a Microsoft Windows Powered Pocket PC 2003-based device that is running the Dell Switcher Bar program and that is protected with a password, you can use the Dell Switcher Bar program to run programs on the Soft Input Panel (SIP) without entering a password.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs only on Windows Powered Pocket PC 2003-based devices that are running the Dell Switcher Bar program. The programs that are run by using the Dell Switcher Bar program cannot be seen because they are running behind the SIP.
