SYMPTOMS

When you try to run a storage report that is generated by the Microsoft Windows Storage Server 2003 Web user interface (UI) through Microsoft Internet Explorer, the client automatically downloads the Veritas client software if it is not already installed. This is a problem in the storage report software. This problem occurs only on computers that are running Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2).

WORKAROUND

When you are prompted to Open/Save/Cancel the report, click Save to save the report to your local disk. Then, view the report from there.
