SYMPTOMSWhen you try to start Microsoft Office Word 2003 or Microsoft Word 2002, the program does not fully start, and then it stops responding (hangs). If you end the task or restart your computer, and then you try to start Word, you receive the following error message: Word failed to start correctly last time. Starting Word in safe mode will help you correct or isolate a startup problem to successfully start the program. Some functionality may be disabled in this mode.
