The server restarts, and you receive a "STOP 0x000000D1" error message in Small Business Server 2000 (888825)

SYMPTOMS

On a server that is running Microsoft Small Business Server 2000, you may periodically receive the following Stop error message on a blue screen:
STOP 0x000000D1 (0xdeadfb06, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xf6753512)
Additionally, your server may restart.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if an unsupported universal serial bus (USB) device is installed on your computer, and the device is using the Openhci.sys driver.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, remove any USB devices that are not supported by your server. To determine whether a specific USB device is supported by your server, contact the manufacturer of your hardware.
