SYMPTOMS

When you apply a background color to shared borders in Microsoft FrontPage 2002 and then publish your Web site to your Web server, the background color of the shared borders is missing when you view your Web site.

CAUSE

This issue may occur when the Web server that you publish your Web site to does not have FrontPage 2002 Server Extensions from Microsoft installed.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install FrontPage 2002 Server Extensions from Microsoft on the Web server.
