In the Lab Manual, on page 5, Exercise 1.5 says to copy the "Lab Manual folder" from the Student CD onto the hard disk. There is no "Lab Manual" folder on the Student CD. The Lab Manual files were put on the Instructor Resource Center instead of the Student CD:
