Xbox: Joining an Xbox Live game in Street Fighter Anniversary Collection (888681)

Join a game

1. On the Main screen, press the directional pad (D-pad) left or right to select the game that you want to play, and then press the A button.
2. On the Main Game screen, press the D-pad up or down to select Xbox Live, and then press the A button to view the Sign In screen.
3. Select the appropriate account to sign in to Xbox Live, and then press the A button to view the Xbox Live screen.
4. On the Xbox Live screen, press the D-pad up or down to select Quick Match or OptiMatch, and then press the A button.

Quick Match

When you use the Quick Match option, you can search for a game, and then decide whether to join the game immediately or to search for another game. To do this, follow these steps:

1. After you select Quick Match on the Xbox Live screen, the game immediately starts searching for game to play.
   • If a game is found, the Quick Match screen lists the game information. Press the A button to join the game.
   • If no game is found, you receive the following message: No game found. Will you create a game session?
2. Press the A button to create a game session or press the B button to return to the Xbox Live screen.

OptiMatch

When you use the OptiMatch option, you can specify your game preferences, and then search for the games that match those preferences. To do this, follow these steps:

1. On the OptiMatch screen, press the D-pad up or down to select from the following options. Press the D-pad left or right to select the setting that you want for the option, and then press the A button to start searching for a game.
   • Rule: 1 round, 3 round, 5 round
   • Turbo: Free Select, Turbo 1, Turbo 2, Turbo 3, Turbo 4 (only available in Hyper Street Fighter II)
   • Guard Judgment: Old, New (only available in Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike)
   • Match Category: Domestic, Worldwide
   • Voice Chat: On, Off
2. If games are found, press the D-pad up or down to select the game that you want to join, and then press the A button to join that game.
   
   If no games are found, you receive the following message: No one meets your conditions at this time. You can either change the conditions or wait for a while.
3. Press the B button to return to the OptiMatch screen or press the X button to search again.
