SYMPTOMSIf you download your e-mail messages from a Post Office Protocol 3 (POP3) e-mail server in Microsoft Outlook 2002, and then you download the e-mail messages a second time, duplicate e-mail messages may be downloaded.CAUSEThis problem may occur when the Leave a copy of messages on the server option is enabled.RESOLUTIONHow to obtain the hotfixThis issue is fixed in the Outlook 2002 post-Service Pack 3 Hotfix Package that is dated October 25, 2004.
