The Lsntsmex.exe process crashes when an Exchange Server 2003 user replies to an e-mail message that contains a Lotus Notes DocLink (888085)

SYMPTOMS

An IBM Lotus Notes user sends an e-mail message that contains a Lotus Notes DocLink to a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 user. When the Exchange Server 2003 user replies to the message, the Lsntsmex.exe process crashes. Additionally, the following events are logged in the Application event log on the server that is running Exchange Server 2003:
