How to print your address book to mailing labels in Entourage 2001 for Mac (888024)

INTRODUCTION

Microsoft Entourage 2001 for Mac does not have an option to print your address book to mailing labels. To print your address book to mailing labels in Entourage 2001, you must use Microsoft Word 2001 for Macintosh.

To print your addresses from the contact list in Entourage to mailing labels, you must use the mail merge feature in Word. After you enter your addresses in the address book, you can print your addresses as mailing labels in Word.

To create and to print the mailing labels, follow these steps:
  1. Start Word.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Labels.
  3. In the Labels dialog box, click Options in the Label area.
  4. In the Label Options dialog box, click the manufacturer of the labels that you want to use in the Label Products list.
  5. In the Product number list, click the type of label that you want to use.
  6. In the Label Options dialog box, click OK.
  7. In the Labels dialog box, click Data Merge.
  8. In the Data Merge Manager dialog box, click Get Data under Data Source, and then click Office Address book.
  9. In the Edit Labels dialog box, click Insert Merge Field, and then click the fields that you want to print.
  10. In the Edit Labels dialog box, click OK.
  11. In the Data Merge Manager dialog box, click Merge to Printer under Merge.
  12. In the Print dialog box, click Print.
