SYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Business Solutions CRM Sales for Outlook 1.2 (the Outlook client), when you open the Outlook client, the Microsoft CRM Outlook toolbar cannot be loaded or it takes a long time to do so.RESOLUTIONMicrosoft CRM has a fix for this problem that is part of a cumulative update.
