This Microsoft Support WebCast will present an overview of troubleshooting common profile issues in Microsoft Windows Server 2003. It will describe how profiles work. It will also describe how to identify and then troubleshoot common issues. The presentation is designed to answer frequently asked questions about profiles.

Mike O'Reilly is a technical lead for the Directory Services group. He specializes in Profiles, File Replication service, and Active Directory replication issues within Product Support Services. Mike works closely with the Product Group to troubleshoot issues, to provide customer feedback to development, and to collaborate on new functionality for future releases. Mike has been with Microsoft for five years and has had various responsibilities within Developer Support and Directory Services.
