Alerts pages problems in the Windows Storage Server 2003 WebUI page (887480)

SYMPTOMSWhen you view the WebUI page in Microsoft Windows Storage Server 2003, you experience one or more of the following symptoms: - Alerts pages may be slow to draw and
to refresh.
- The text alignment of the alert messages may be irregular.
CAUSEThis problem occurs if the number of alerts exceeds the
memory and performance capacity of the computer. Typically, the performance problems start when the number of alerts exceeds 4,500.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, the server administrator should follow these steps: - Restart the computer, and then test to determine if the problem is resolved. If the problem is resolved, do not complete the remaining steps. If the problem is not resolved, go to step 2.
- Resolve the situation
that is causing the alerts.
- Delete the alert messages from the WebUI page.
- Restart the computer.
