You receive an error message when you use a troubleshooter in Windows 2000 Help (887360)

SYMPTOMSIf you try to use one of the troubleshooters that are included in Windows 2000 Help, you receive an error message that is similar to the following error message: An error has occurred in the script on this page.

DriveLetter:\Winnt\Help folder is not registered.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, register the Tshoot.ocx file. To do this, follow these steps: - Click Start, and then click Run.
- Type regsvr32 DriveLetter:\winnt\help\tshoot.ocx
in the Open box, click and then click OK.
- When you receive the message that the operation succeeded, click OK.
