The Send To menu is blank in OneNote 2003 (887295)

SYMPTOMS

When you point to Send To on the File menu in Microsoft Office OneNote 2003, the Send To menu is blank.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if you do not have either of the following programs installed, or if the programs are not correctly configured on your computer:
  • Microsoft Office Outlook 2003
  • Microsoft Office Word 2003

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods:
  • If you do not have either Outlook 2003 or Word 2003 installed on your computer, install one of those programs.

    Note You must have an e-mail program such as Outlook 2003 installed on your computer to send the OneNote 2003 document as part of an e-mail message.

  • If you do have Outlook 2003 or Word 2003 installed on your computer, run the Detect and Repair feature. To do this, start one of the programs. Then, on the Help menu, click Detect and Repair.
