SYMPTOMS

You open a Web page from Online Spotlight while you are watching live TV in the Now Playing preview window in Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005. When you select Back, the Now Playing preview window is gone, even though the audio can still be heard.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
