MORE INFORMATION

To print a booklet that has printing on each side of the paper, follow these steps:
  1. Start Publisher 2003, and then open your booklet.
  2. If the status bar is not displayed, click Status Bar on the View menu.
  3. On the status bar, click the page that you want to print, such as page 1.
  4. On the File menu, click Print.
  5. In the Print dialog box, click Current page under Print range, and then click OK.
  6. Click No to the following message: Print page range as separate booklet?

You have selected a page range that is less than the number of pages in the booklet. To print the page range as a separate booklet, click Yes. To print the page range as part of the whole booklet, click No. For more information, press F1.
  7. After the page prints, remove it from the printer, and then reinsert the page so that the printer can print on the back of the page. For example, reinsert the page with the printed side facedown.
  8. Repeat steps 3 to 6 to print the back of the page.
Note Repeat these steps as many times as needed to print all the pages in your booklet.
