SYMPTOMSWhen you try to open
the Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services Companyweb Web site (http://companyweb) after you have performed a disaster recovery of the Companyweb Web site, you may receive the following error message: HTTP 500 Internal Server Error CAUSEThis problem may occur if the following conditions are true: - The Windows SharePoint Services database files have been used on an installation of Windows SharePoint Services
that has been upgraded to Service Pack 1 (SP1).
- The current installation of Windows SharePoint Services is not running
