You cannot connect to another Windows NetMeeting user on Windows 2000 (886214)

SYMPTOMS

On a computer that is running Microsoft Windows 2000, when you try to use Microsoft Windows NetMeeting to connect to another NetMeeting user, you cannot make a connection.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if you try to connect to another Windows NetMeeting user through a Linksys Broadband Router.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, add the IP address of the computer that is running NetMeeting to the DMZ Host page of the Linksys router Web browser-based administrative utility. For more information about how to use the utility, see the documentation that was included with your Linksys Broadband Router.
