SYMPTOMS

You receive the following error message when you try to look up a contract by using the Case (Incident) object form in Microsoft Business Solutions CRM (Microsoft CRM): Error Description: An unhanded exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. Query String: /_controls/lookup/lookupdata.aspxclass=BasicContract&objecttypes=1010&browse=&Mode=2&ObjectType=1

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the contract lookup button was moved to a different tab on the Case (Incident) object form.

RESOLUTION

This problem was corrected in Microsoft CRM 1.2.
