SYMPTOMS

When you try to log on to the Microsoft Office Live Meeting Conference Center, you may be automatically logged on as the last user who logged on to the Conference Center from your computer. For example, you may want to log on to the Conference Center by using an account other than the organizer account that you used to set up the meeting. However you may be logged on as the organizer without being prompted to enter the credentials for a different user.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if you use the AutoComplete feature for user names and passwords on forms in Microsoft Internet Explorer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, turn off the AutoComplete feature for user names and passwords on forms in Microsoft Internet Explorer. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Start Internet Explorer.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  3. On the Content tab, click AutoComplete under Personal information.
  4. Click Clear Passwords, and then click to clear the User names and password on forms check box.
  5. Click OK, and then click OK again.
