SYMPTOMSWhen you try to send invitations in Microsoft Office Live Meeting, you may be prompted to download a file. Additionally, you may be prompted to run the file from its current location, to save the file, or to cancel the download.CAUSEThis problem may occur if you click Invite Attendees or click Invite Presenters under Use Outlook On Windows To Send Invitations on the Send Invitations screen.WORKAROUNDNote Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your product documentation to complete these steps.
To work around this problem, use one of the following methods: - Click Run.
- Click Run this program from its current location, and then click OK.
MORE INFORMATIONThis problem occurs because the Use Outlook On Windows To Send Invitations feature requires a script to send the invitations. This script is downloaded from the Live Meeting servers, and it is used to create e-mail messages in Microsoft Outlook.
