INTRODUCTIONMicrosoft Office Live Meeting 2003 does not support Microsoft PowerPoint slide transitions or animations.MORE INFORMATIONWhen you import a PowerPoint presentation into Live Meeting
2003, the presentation is converted to static pictures. All transitions,
animations, and other interactive features of the presentation are
lost.
You can use the Highlight annotation tool to highlight a
particular bullet point on a slide. You can also use the other annotation tools to
annotate a slide or the objects that are on a slide.
If your presentation requires slide transitions or animations, you must share the
presentation by inserting the presentation in a Share Frame. To do this, first open the presentation in PowerPoint, and then use the View Share feature of Live Meeting 2003 to insert the presentation in a Share Frame. Only the slide
transitions and animations will be visible in the Share Frame. Live Meeting
2003 does not currently support PowerPoint audio.
Alternatively, each animation on
a PowerPoint slide can be created as a single slide for the
animation. For example, you can create five
individual slides from an animation
of
four bullet points. Note that there would be one slide without bullet points and one
slide for each bullet
point in the animation. The last slide would contain all four bullet points. These five slides would be
static images, with each bullet point appearing as you advance through the
presentation.
