The recording for a meeting is not deleted when you delete the meeting in Live Meeting (885578)

Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2003

To delete a recording that is not needed in Live Meeting 2003, follow these steps:

1. Log on to Live Meeting 2003 as an organizer or an administrator.
2. Under Manage, click Recordings.
3. Locate the recording that you want to delete.
4. Click to select the Delete check box for the recording that you want to delete, and then click Delete.
5. Click OK to confirm that you want to delete the recording.

Microsoft Office Live Meeting Conference Center 2000

To delete a recording that is not needed in Live Meeting Conference Center 2000, follow these steps:

1. Log on to Live Meeting Conference Center 2000 as a presenter, an organizer, or an administrator.
2. Click Organize Recordings.
3. Locate the recording that you want to delete.
4. Under Recording ID, click the recording that you want to delete.
5. In Recording Properties, click Delete.
6. In Delete Recording, click Delete to remove the recording from the server.
