To permit meeting attendees to insert sharing slides in Live Meeting, follow these steps:
  1. Log on to the meeting as a meeting presenter.
  2. On the Edit menu, click Meeting Options.
  3. In the Allow attendees to area, click to select the Create new slides check box.

    Note When you select the Create new slides check box, all meeting attendees can insert sharing slides. If you want only a specific attendee to be able to insert sharing slides in a meeting, you must invite that attendee as a presenter.
