CAUSE
This problem may occur if the following conditions are true:
- You import Lotus Notes information that contains a recurring meeting item.
- That recurring meeting item does not have an ending date.
Note Lotus Notes uses the value -1 to designate a recurring meeting that does not have an ending date. This value is equivalent to hexadecimal FFFF. In this scenario, the Exchange Server Migration Wizard interprets the recurring meeting as having an ending date of hexadecimal FFFF for the day, hexadecimal FFFF for the month, and hexadecimal FFFF for the year.
The Exchange Server Migration Wizard interprets each of these hexadecimal values to be 65535. Each of these values are much larger than either the four-digit value that the Exchange Server Migration Wizard expects for the year entry or the two-digit value that the Exchange Server Migration Wizard expects for the day entry and for the month entry.

Hotfix information
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing.
