SYMPTOMS
When you use Active Directory Users and Computers to try to move mailboxes from a server that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, you cannot move the mailboxes. Additionally, an Error
event that is similar to the following Error event may be logged in the Application log on the computer
that is running Exchange Server 2003:Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSExchangeIS Mailbox Store
Event Category: Move Mailbox
Event ID: 8506
Description:
Unable to move mailbox
<Mailbox Name>.
A problem occurred while getting the properties for a message.
Internal parent folder ID:

Run ISINTEG to check for any problem in the database
<Database Name>Additionally, users cannot accept or
decline meeting requests or send e-mail messages that have attachments. Users may
also receive the following error message:

RESOLUTION
Hotfix information

hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the
problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are
experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing.
