RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, change the To turn off Caps Lock option in Advanced Key Settings to Press the CAPS LOCK key on your Terminal Server. Windows Server 2003 To change the To turn off Caps Lock option on your Windows Server 2003-based computer, follow these steps: - Click Start, point to Control Panel, and then click Regional and Language Options.
- On the Languages tab, click Details.
- On the Settings tab, click Key Settings.
- In the To turn off Caps Lock section, click Press the CAPS LOCK key, and then click OK.
- Click OK two more times.
Windows 2000 ServerTo change the To turn off Caps Lock option on your Windows 2000 Server-based computer, follow these steps: - Click Start, point to Settings , and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Keyboard, and then click the Input Locales tab.
- In the To turn off Caps Lock section, click Press CAPS LOCK key, and then click OK.
- Close Control Panel.
