How to share a Live Meeting console in Live Meeting (885325)

This article describes how to share a Live Meeting console in a Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2003 session or in a Microsoft Office Live Meeting 4.4 session.

You can share a Live Meeting console with an audience by using a second Live Meeting session. However, the method that is described in this article may cause significant performance degradation on some computers.

While your first Live Meeting session is running, follow these steps to share a Live Meeting console:
  1. On your Live Meeting home page, click Meet Now.
  2. Click select invitees, add the attendees and the presenters for the meeting, and then click submit.
  3. Click send invitations.
  4. Click Invite Attendees, and then send the invitation.
  5. Click Invite Presenters, and then send the invitation.
  6. Click Done.
  7. Click meet now.
  8. In the second Live Meeting console, click Insert Sharing Slide.
  9. Click the first Live Meeting session that is in the list.
  10. Click Start.
