Security when you add or edit user information in Live Meeting Conference Center (885323)
The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft Office Live Meeting
- Microsoft Office Live Meeting Conference Center 2000
INTRODUCTIONThis article describes how Microsoft Office Live Meeting
2003 helps protect the security of user accounts after you add or edit
information to user accounts in the Live Meeting Conference
Center.MORE INFORMATIONLive Meeting uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to
help protect the privacy of users when they are in the Conference Center. This means that any
information is kept private by SSL for an account where information is added or
changed. This may include the addition or revision of a user's name, e-mail account, password, or other similar
information. When the new information is sent to the Conference Center, the
original information is de-crypted. The new information is then stored in the
added or changed account.
