You can save a PDF slide to your hard disk drive only if the meeting organizer enables the Printing to PDF feature in Live Meeting.

When you open a slide in Live Meeting, the slide opens in Adobe Acrobat. After the slide is open, you can click Save a Copy on the File toolbar to save the PDF slide. Additionally, you can save the PDF slide as a text file.

To save a PDF slide to your hard disk drive, follow these steps:
  1. In Live Meeting, on the File menu, click Print to PDF, and then click OK.
  2. In the new browser window that displays the PDF slide, click Save a Copy on the File toolbar.

Note If the Tool Button Labels feature is not enabled, the Save a Copy button is the button with the image of a floppy disk.
  3. Click OK when you are prompted with a message that explains that you cannot save any changes that you have made to the document.
  4. In the Save a Copy dialog box, click the folder where you want to save the slide in the Save in box, type the name of the slide in the File name box, and then click Save.
Note You can use the Save a Copy button only in Adobe Acrobat 6.x and in Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x and later versions.
