The default permissions of a new user are changed from Reviewer to None in the Calendar Properties dialog box in Outlook 2003 (885242)

SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario. In Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, you set the default permissions of a new user to Reviewer in the Calendar Properties dialog box. Then, you add a delegate to the new user's calendar. When you view the Calendar Properties dialog box again, the default permissions of the new user are changed from Reviewer to None. Additionally, the Anonymous user is removed from the Calendar Properties dialog box.

Note This problem occurs only in a newly created mailbox.

RESOLUTION

This problem was first fixed in a hotfix that is now contained in a service pack. If you installed the latest Office 2003 service pack, you do not have to install the hotfix.
