"Incorrect User Login or Password...Please try again" error message when you try to log on to Office Live Meeting (885111)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to log on to Microsoft Office Live Meeting, you receive the following error message:

Incorrect User Login or Password...Please try again.

CAUSE

This issue may occur for any one of the following reasons:

You have forgotten your correct user logon or password.
You are typing an incorrect user logon or password.

Note The user logon and password are case-sensitive.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, use one of the following procedures:

Use the Password Reset Form. To use the Password Reset Form, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

Contact your Office Live Meeting administrator.
