SYMPTOMSAfter you remove organizer or administrator privileges from a member account in Microsoft Office Live Meeting, the member may still be listed as an organizer or as an administrator in the Role column of the Member List report.CAUSEThis problem may occur if the member account is a member of a group that has organizer or administrator privileges.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, remove the member from the group that has organizer or administrator privileges. Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2003- Log on to Live Meeting 2003 as an administrator.
- In the left navigation task pane, under Administer, click Account.
- Click Memberships.
- Locate the member whose permissions you want to modify, and then click Edit.
- In the User belongs to list, click the group that you want to remove the member from, and then click Remove.
- Click Submit.
Microsoft Office Live Meeting version 4.4- Log on to Live Meeting version 4.4 as an administrator.
- Click Edit Users & Groups.
- Click Modify User.
- In the User is in these Groups list, click the group that you want to remove the member from, and then click Remove.
- Click Submit.
