This article describes how organizers and administrators can determine how many participants are logged on to a Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2003 session. To determine how many participants are logged on to a Live Meeting 2003 session, use one of the following methods:
  • View the Meeting Details page.
  • View the attendance report for the meeting.

To view the Meeting Details page, follow these steps:
  1. Log on to My Home page as an organizer or an administrator.
  2. Under Manage, click Meetings.
  3. Next to the meeting ID, click edit to view the Meeting Details page.
To view the attendance report for the meeting, follow these steps:
  1. Log on to My Home page as an organizer or an administrator.
  2. Under View, click Reports.
  3. Click Meeting List.
  4. Click the meeting ID to view the attendance report for the meeting.
