INTRODUCTION

This article discusses how to use the same Meeting URL, Meeting ID, and Meeting Password for several meetings in Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2003.

MORE INFORMATION

Meeting IDs must be unique in a Live Meeting Conference Center. You cannot have two meetings with the same Meeting ID.

To re-use the same Meeting URL, Meeting ID, and Meeting Password for new meetings, use one of the following Schedule to Occur settings:
  • Set the Schedule to Occur setting for the meeting to Ongoing. Manually type the start date and the time in the e-mail invitation.
  • Set the Schedule to Occur setting for the meeting to Recurring. To set the time and the date or dates that the meeting occurs, follow these steps:
    1. Click Set Up Recurrence.
    2. Set the Meeting Time.
    3. Set the Pattern that you want for the series of meetings.
    4. Set the Beginning date and the End By date for the series of meetings.
    5. Click submit.
For existing meetings, you can change the starting date and time every time that you want to reuse a meeting. Your attendees can join that meeting starting 30 minutes before the new starting date and time.
