You receive an error message when you try to upload a slide set in Live Meeting (885098)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to upload a slide set in Microsoft Office Live Meeting, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following:

This uploader doesn't have a valid UploadURL parameter

This problem may occur if the PlaceWare Presentation-Upload Control ActiveX control in Microsoft Internet Explorer is corrupted.

To resolve this problem, delete the PlaceWare Presentation-Upload Control ActiveX control in Internet Explorer. To do this, follow these steps:

Start Internet Explorer.
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
Click Settings, and then click View Objects.
Right-click PlaceWare Presentation-Upload Control, and then click Delete.
On the File menu, click Close, and then click OK two times.

Try to upload your slides again. A new PlaceWare Presentation-Upload Control ActiveX control will be installed when you upload your slides.
