This article discusses how to add an image of the presenter to a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation so that the image appears in a Microsoft Office Live Meeting Web conference.

To add an image of the presenter to a Microsoft Office Live Meeting Web conference, follow these steps:
  1. Download and install the Live Meeting Add-in for Microsoft PowerPoint. For more information about how to obtain and install the Live Meeting Add-in for PowerPoint, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
  2. Start PowerPoint, and then open the file that you want to present in Live Meeting.
  3. On the first slide, click Edit Slide Properties on the Live Meeting menu.
  4. In the Presenter Image Filename box, click Browse, locate and then click the file that you want to appear in Live Meeting as the presenter, click Open, and then click OK.
  5. In the Presenter Name box, type the name that you want to appear in Live Meeting as the presenter, and then click OK.
  6. Repeat step 3 through step 4 for each slide that is in the presentation
  7. Start Live Meeting, and then join a meeting.
  8. On the File menu, click Import Presentation, click the file name that contains the slide that you created in step 3, and then click Open.
  9. Under Now Presenting, verify that the image and the name are correct for each slide that is in the presentation.
