How to access a recording in Live Meeting 2003 (885091)

You can use the Meeting ID and Audience member key to view a Live Meeting recording. To view the meeting recording, use either of the following methods.

Method 1

To view recordings from My Home Page, follow these steps:

1. Log on to your Live Meeting.
2. On the left navigation task pane under View, click Recordings. The View Recording page appears.
3. Under View recording by ID, type the recording ID in the ID box, type the password in the Password box, and then click the View recording icon that appears next to the text boxes.
   
   The View Recording Info page appears. On this page, you can select the format you want to view the recording in.

Method 2

To view recordings from the Managing Recording page, follow these steps:

1. Log on to your Live Meeting.
2. On the left navigation task pane under Manage, click Recordings. The Manage Recordings page appears.
3. Click the View icon next to the recording that you want to view. On this page, you can select the format you want to view the recording in.

You can view the recording of the meeting only if the Meeting Organizer or the Presenter has recorded and published the meeting. To inform you about the recording, a Meeting Organizer sends you an e-mail invitation.

The Meeting Organizer has the permission to change the default Meeting Id and the Audience member key after the recording is published. If the Meeting Id and the Audience member key do not match the recording, you must contact the Meeting Organizer because Live Meeting Technical Support does not provide this information.
