This article describes how to log on to Microsoft Office Live Meeting as a member by using your meeting account.

To log on to Live Meeting, you must first know your Live Meeting URL. You will type this URL in the Address bar of your Web browser. Your Live Meeting URL varies depending on the type of Live Meeting account that you have. The different types of Live Meeting accounts are as follows:
  • Live Meeting-hosted corporate account
  • GS4 Local iVault account

Live Meeting-hosted corporate account

If your company has a Live Meeting-hosted Conference Center, you must contact your company's Live Meeting administrator to obtain your company's Live Meeting URL. The URL should start with "https://www112.livemeeting.com/cc/". Then, the URL typically has your company's name or an abbreviation of it following "/cc/".

For example, if your company is named Contoso, Ltd, your Live Meeting URL may be similar to the following:

https://www112.livemeeting.com/cc/contoso/join

To log on to Live Meeting as a member by using your corporate account, follow these steps:
  1. Start your Web browser.
  2. Type your Live Meeting URL in the Address bar, and then press ENTER. For example, type https://www112.livemeeting.com/cc/contoso/loginPage, and then press ENTER.

    The LOGIN TO MEMBER HOME page appears.
  3. Type your Live Meeting logon information in the Your User Login and Your Password boxes, and then click Submit.

    The My Home page appears. This indicates that you are logged on to Live Meeting as a member.

GS4 Local iVault account

If you have a GS4 Local iVault Conference Center, you must contact your company's Live Meeting administrator to obtain your company's Live Meeting URL.

If you log on to your local node, you must select the room for your meeting. Then, a menu appears. This indicates that you are logged on to Live Meeting.

If you log on to your external Conference Center, click Organizer Login. Then, if you are prompted, type your Live Meeting logon information, such as your user ID and your password. The Organize Meetings page appears. This indicates that you are logged on to Live Meeting.
