To display animated slide sets in your presentation, use either of the following methods.

Method 1: Create a Web Slide

To use this method, post a Web page to a Web server that includes the animated slide set, and then include a Web Slide in your presentation that points to the Web page. To include a Web Slide in your presentation, follow these steps:

1. Start Live Meeting.
2. On the Insert menu, click Web Slide.
3. Type the URL for the Web page that includes your slide set, and then click Verify Web Slide.
4. If the Web Slide Safety Check verifies that the Web page will display correctly, click Create Web Slide.

Method 2: Use the Sharing feature in Live Meeting

To use this method, create a presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint that includes the slide set, and then use the Sharing feature in Live Meeting to let attendees view the presentation. To share a PowerPoint presentation in Live Meeting, follow these steps:

1. Start PowerPoint, and then open the file that includes the slide set that you want to display.
2. In Live Meeting, on the View menu, click Sharing Controls.
3. Click A specific application, click Microsoft PowerPoint, click OK, and then click Start.
