You cannot move a presentation file from one meeting to another meeting in Live Meeting (884952)

INTRODUCTION

This article describes an issue where you cannot move a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation directly from one Microsoft Office Live Meeting session to another Live Meeting session.

You must import the PowerPoint presentation to each Live Meeting session separately. As an organizer, you can upload slides to a scheduled meeting at any time. To do this, follow these steps for each meeting:
  1. Log on to the My Home page in Live Meeting.
  2. Under Manage, click Meetings.
  3. Click Edit next to the meeting to which you want to upload slides.
  4. Under Meeting Materials, click Import a Presentation.
  5. Click Upload.
  6. Locate and then click the presentation that you want to upload, and then click Open.
Note Presenters can also upload slides to a meeting after they join the meeting.
