FIX: Error message details for pipeline failures for a Receive Location are not entered in the event log in BizTalk Server 2004 (884873)

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004, error messages for pipeline failures for a Receive Location are not entered in the event log. In the Health and Activity Tracking (HAT) tool, you receive these error messages with a generic "Authorization Failed" error message, regardless of what the actual error message is.

This problem occurs when you have the Receive Location marked as "Authentication Required".

RESOLUTION

Service pack information

File information

The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.

STATUS
